党参复方中药制剂对仔猪生长性、养分表观消化率及猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体水平的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨党参复方中药制剂对仔猪生长性、养分表观消化率及猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体水平的影响。采用单因素设计试验,选择28±2日龄体重相近断奶仔猪120头随机分成4组,每个组3个重复,每个重复10头,1组饲喂基础日粮为对照组,2~4组分别在基础日粮添加0.25%、0.5%、1.0%党参复方中药制剂,试验期为28 d。在试验结束测定仔猪的生长性能、养分表观消化率及猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体水平。结果显示,试验3、4组平均日增重显著高于1组(P<0.05),料肉比显著低于1组(P<0.05);试验3、4组的消化总能显著高于1组(P<0.05),试验2、3、4组的干物质、粗灰分表观消化率均高于1组(P>0.05);试验3、4组的粗蛋白质、粗脂肪表观消化率显著高于1组(P<0.05);试验2、3、4组的,试验3组和4组的抗体水平的IPRC值、合格率均显著高于1组(P<0.05),试验3组和4组的的抗体水平变异系数均显著高于1组(P<0.05)。表明添加0.5%党参复方中药制剂可以提高仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率及猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体水平。In order te investigate the effects of Codonopsis pilosule compound Chinese medicine on growth performance,nutrieni appareni diaestibiety and antibody levvi of porcine reproductivv and respiratory syndrome virus in piglets.One hundred-twenty 28-daydi weaned piglets with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group had 3 replicates with le in each,replicate,and one group was fed with basic diei as control group.The 2-4 groups were fed with 0.25%,0.5%and 1.0%Dangshen Compound Chinese Medicine in the basic diet respectively.The experimental period was 28 days.The growth performance,nuwieni apparene digestibility and antibody level eaainst porcine reproductive and respiratoie syndrome virus were determined at the end of the experimeni.The results showed that the averaae date gain of group 3 and 4 was significantle higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),the feed-meat ratic was significantle lower than that of group 1(P<0.05),the total digestive energy of group 3 and 4 was significante higher than that of group 1(P<0.05),the apparent digestibieth of de matter and crude ash of group 2,3 and 4 was higher than that of group 1(P>0.05),and the apparent diaesybilith of crude protein and crude fat of group 3 and 4 was significantle higher than that of group 1(P<0.05).The IPRC vvlue and qualified rate of antiVody level in group 3 and 4 were significantle higher than those in group 1(P<0.05),and the variation coefficient of antibody level in group 3 and 4 was significantle higher than that in group 1(P<0.05).Addgng0.5%Dangshen Compound ChgneseMedgcgnecan gmpooeehegoowh peoioomance,appaoenMdggesgbgegyoinutrients and the levei of antibody in piglets.
