摘　　要：目的探讨锌指结构转录调控因子Sp8在成年健康大鼠嗅球的分布及与嗅球中间神经元的关系。方法4月龄SD大鼠嗅球的冠状位切片,免疫荧光单标观察Sp8在嗅球的分布特点,免疫荧光双标观察Sp8与嗅球PV、TH、CB中间神经元的共表达。结果Sp8免疫阳性细胞在大鼠嗅球各层均有分布,其中主要分布于僧帽细胞层、内丛状层和颗粒细胞层,而在外丛状层最少;Sp8/PV和Sp8/CB双标细胞均主要分布在EPL层,Sp8/TH双标细胞主要分布在突触球层,共表达率均超过90%。结论Sp8广泛分布于嗅球且在其大多数中间神经元表达。Objective To explore the distribution of zinc finger transcription factor Sp8 in the olfactory bulb of adult rats and its relationship with interneurons.Methods 4-month-old Sprague Dawley rats were sacrificed and their olfactory bulbs were sectioned into coronal slides.The distribution characteristics of Sp8 in the olfactory bulb were observed by single-labeled immunofluorescence staining and the co-expression of Sp8 with PV,TH and CB in interneurons was detected by double-labeled immunofluorescence.Results Sp8-positive cells were distributed in all layers of olfactory bulb,mainly distributed in the mitral cell layer(MCL),inner plexus layer(IPL)and granular cell layer(GCL),while least distributed in the external plexiform layer(EPL).Besides,the Sp8/PV and Sp8/CB double-labeled cells were mainly distributed in the EPL layer,while the Sp8/TH cells were mainly distributed in the glomerular(GL)layer.And the percentage of co-expression of Sp8 with PV,TH and CB in interneurons was more than 90%.Conclusion Sp8 cells are widely distributed in olfactory bulb and expressed in most of its interneurons in the adult rats.
