摘  要:目的比较幼体、亚成体和成体中华蟾蜍(Bufo gargarizans)消化道嗜银细胞的形态特征及各部位分布密度的差异。方法结合微波技术改良的Grimelius银染法对幼体、亚成体和成体雄性中华蟾蜍消化道嗜银细胞染色。结果中华蟾蜍消化道嗜银细胞分为闭合型和开放型两类。幼体胃底密度显著高于消化道其他各段,亚成体胃底和贲门密度显著高于幽门、空肠、回肠和直肠,成体胃底和贲门密度显著高于肠道各段。幼体和亚成体十二指肠的密度都高于成体,消化道其他部位的密度无年龄差异。结论中华蟾蜍消化道嗜银细胞的形态无增龄变化,各年龄组均在胃部密度较高,十二指肠的密度有明显的年龄差异,这可能与其消化生理状态及十二指肠主要执行消化食物和吸收营养物质的功能有关。Objective To compare the differences of the morphological characters and distribution densities of argyrophil cells along the digestive tract of juvenile,sub-adult and adult Asiatic toads,Bufo gargarizans.Methods Reformed Grimelius silver staining method combined with microwave technique was used to stain the argyrophil cells along the digestive tract of juvenile,sub-adult and adult male Asiatic toads.Results There are 2 kinds of argyrophil cells along the digestive tract of Asiatic toads,namely open type and closed type cells.In juvenile toads,distribution densities of argyrophil cells were significantly higher in the fundus than in any other segment of digestive tract,while in sub-adult toads,the densities were signi ficantly higher in the fundus and cardia than in the pylorus,jejunum,ileum and rectum,and in adult toads,the densities were significantly higher in the fundus and cardia than in any intestinal segment.Distribution densities of argyrophil cells in the duodenum of juvenile and sub-adult toads were signi ficantly higher than those of adult toads,but no signi ficant age-related difference was found in the other segments of digestive tract.Conclusion The morphology of argyrophil cells showed no age-related change along the digestive tract of Asiatic toads,and all the 3 age groups displayed higher dis-tribution densities in the stomach,however,signi ficant age-related differences were only found in the duodenum,which may correlate with its specific digestive physiological status and the main function of digesting food and absorbing nutrients.
