摘　　要：为满足国家监测要求、探索城市监测特色、服务城市规划内容为建设目标,本文以城市规划视角,探索城市地理国情监测的内容指标、数据获取、分析模型、应用服务、工艺流程和监测模式等技术和方法集成,研究制定了城市地理国情监测内容与指标体系,创建了城市空间格局动态监测模式,构建了数据快速获取、自动化处理、智能化分析的监测技术体系,探索了减量提质发展的技术评价模式和方法,创建了生态文明建设应用模式方法,支撑了城市地理国情监测工作的顺利开展。In order to meet the requirements of national monitoring,the characteristics of urban monitoring and urban planning,from the perspective of urban planning,this paper explores the content indicators,data acquisition,analysis model,application services,process flow and monitoring mode of urban geographical condition monitoring,and develops the content and index system of urban geographical condition monitoring,and creates the dynamic monitoring mode of urban spatial pattern which has constructed the monitoring technology system of rapid data acquisition,automatic processing and intelligent analysis,and explores the technical evaluation mode and method of reducing and improving quality development,and creates the application mode and method of ecological civilization construction,and supports urban geographical situation monitoring.
