媒体记者的职业精神与伦理道德

摘　　要：近年来,各种虐童事件屡见不鲜,多家媒体一窝蜂地报道,暴露出记者的职业道德在某些方面的失范。本文梳理了2014年部分情节较严重的虐童事件,得出记者在报道这类新闻时,存在以下问题:过多血腥、残忍的细节描写,对当事人造成二次伤害;媒体集中报道带来的集群效应,使人们对社会的判断有所偏颇,为了吸引眼球而对新闻真实性的懈怠以及为了迎合受众的选择性心理而以"后母"、"幼儿园"中少数个体的情况给整个群体贴上标签。这些做法都违背了新闻记者的职业道德。最后,笔者借助波特矩形这一道德推理模式,探讨这类新闻背后,记者的心理因素和道德选择,并试图给出一种行之有效的行动决策。Massive reports on child abuse incidents in recent years have shown the anomie of journalists’ professional ethics.Based on several major child abuse incidents of 2014,this essay points out the main problems existing in the media reporting about the incidents,such as the harm to the victims caused by detailed description on the abuse,people’s bias against the society directed by the centralized media reporting,etc.By using Porter rectangle,the author discusses the psychological factors and moral choices of journalists behind this kind of news,and tries to give an effective action decision.
