摘  要:琯溪蜜柚是福建省培育的优良柚品种,并已在我国多个柑橘主产区引种和推广,然而琯溪蜜柚普遍存在汁胞粒化现象,严重影响果实的果品品质和商品价值,防控琯溪蜜柚粒化对产业发展意义重大。文章综述琯溪蜜柚粒化现象和机理,影响粒化的因素及防控技术,提出通过综合防控措施来减轻和延缓粒化,提高琯溪蜜柚的商品价值,并对今后琯溪蜜柚粒化研究方向进行展望。Guanxi honey pomelo is an excellent pomelo variety cultivated in Fujian Province,and has been introduced and popularized in many main citrus producing areas in China.However,Guanxi honey pomelo has a common phenomenon of juice granulation,which seriously affects the fruit quality and commodity value,and the prevention and control of Guanxi honey pomelo granulation is of great significance to the development of industry.In this paper,the phenomenon and mechanism of granulation of Guanxi honey pomelo,the factors affecting granulation and the technology of prevention and control are reviewed,and the comprehensive prevention and control measures are put forward to reduce and delay granulation and improve the commodity value of Guanxi honey pomelo,and the research direction of granulation of Guanxi honey pomelo in the future is prospected.
