农村土地文化与耕地流转制度的冲突与耦合

摘　　要：伴随农民生产生活方式的迁变,当前农村土地文化呈多元化趋势,主要体现为农民身份分化和土地价值观多元化。在耕地流转中,追求经济高效的政策制度与多元土地文化呈现交织冲突状态,引发政策目标与农民价值需求的潜在对立。通过描述当前农村土地文化基本特征,分析其与农村耕地流转机制的潜在冲突,以探究农村耕地流转制度与土地文化的耦合路径。With the change of farmers’production and life style,the current rural culture of land use shows a trend of diversification,which is mainly reflected in the differentiation of farmers’identity and the diversification of land values.In the process of farmland transfer,the policy system that pursues economic efficiency and the multi-culture of land use presents a state of intertwined conflicts,which lead to the potential opposition between the policy goal and the value demand of farmers.With the description of the basic characteristics of the current rural culture of land use and the analysis of its potential conflict with the rural land circulation mechanism,this paper explores the concordant path between the rural land circulation system and the culture of land use.
