超声与CT诊断幼儿急慢性阑尾炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声与CT在幼儿急慢性阑尾炎诊断工作中的临床效果对比。方法:回顾我院2017年7月至2018年12月期间收治的150例急慢性阑尾炎患儿临床资料,对所有患儿行超声与CT检查,比较两种检查方式在疾病诊断工作中所取得的临床效果。结果:在急慢性阑尾炎患儿的临床诊断工作中,CT检查结果显示:急性阑尾炎和慢性阑尾炎诊断准确率为96.15%和93.94%。超声检查结果显示为86.53%和84.85%。通过比较得知,CT检查的准确率明显高于超声检查(P<0.05)。结论:在急慢性阑尾炎诊断工作中应用超声与CT检查能够取得显著的疗效,与超声检查相比,CT检查的效果更优,但是,由于CT检查存在一定的辐射,对患儿健康造成一定的威胁,所以在急慢性阑尾炎的临床治疗工作中,医护人员可将超声检查作为备用检查方式。Objective To compare the clinical effects of ultrasound and CT in the diagnosis of acute and chronic appendicitis in children.Methods To review the clinical data of 150 children with acute and chronic appendicitis admitted from July 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital.All patients underwent ultrasound and CT examinations,and compared the two examination methods in the diagnosis of the disease.Clinical effects.Results In the clinical diagnosis of children with acute and chronic appendicitis,CT findings showed that the diagnostic accuracy of acute appendicitis and chronic appendicitis was 96.15%and 93.94%.The results of the ultrasound examination showed 86.53%and 84.85%.By comparison,the accuracy of CT examination was significantly higher than that of ultrasound examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound and CT examination can achieve significant curative effect in the diagnosis of acute and chronic appendicitis.Compared with ultrasound examination,CT examination is more effective.However,due to the presence of certain radiation in CT examination,it has certain health effects on children.Threat,so in the clinical treatment of acute and chronic appendicitis,medical staff can use ultrasound examination as a backup method.
