并轨培养模式下医学研究生党建工作的探索

摘　　要：党的建设工作是研究生德育工作的重要环节,对培养全面人才具有十分重要的影响和作用。并轨培养模式下的临床医学硕士专业研究生党员管理作为全面推进住院医师规范化培训工作的重要内容,目前国内还没有比较成熟的模式。文章以浙江省中西医结合医院为例,针对并轨培养模式下临床医学硕士专业学位研究生党建工作的现状,分析存在的问题,探索成立住培临时党支部这一研究生党建工作新模式,以进一步建立健全研究生党建工作制度。The construction of the party is an important part of the moral education of postgraduates, to cultivate comprehensive talents has very important influence and role. As an important part of promoting the standardized training of resident doctors, the management of party members for postgraduates in clinical medicine under the mode of combination training has not been established in China. Taking Zhejiang Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Integrated Hospital as an example, through the analysis of party construction status of postgraduates of clinical medicine under the mode of combination training, this paper finds out some problems, and explores the new mode of temporary party branch for residents, In order to further establish and improve the postgraduates party construction work system.
