摘　　要：目的探讨早期肠内营养联合生长抑素用于急性胰腺炎治疗效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取医院2017年5月-2019年5月期间收治入院的急性胰腺炎患者85例作为本研究观察对象,按照随机数字表法对其分两组,对照组42例予以生长抑素治疗,观察组43例予以早期肠内营养联合生长抑素治疗。观察腹痛、腹胀及肠鸣音消失时间;并与治疗前、治疗后第7 d测定血清CRP水平,并进行APACHEⅡ量表评估。结果观察组腹痛、腹胀及肠鸣音消失时间均较对照组短,差异经统计学分析存在显著性差异(P <0.05)。治疗后第7 d血清CRP水平及APACHEⅡ评分比较发现,观察组明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论早期肠内营养联合生长抑素用于急性胰腺炎治疗效果确切,在改善胃肠功能恢复的同时,促进机体炎症反应,缓解病情。Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis and its effect on inflammatory factors. Methods 85 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the observation objects of this study. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, and 42 patients in thecontrol group were treated with somatostatin. In the observation group, 43 cases were treated with early enteral nutrition combined with somatostatin.Observe the abdominal pain, bloating and bowel sounds disappearing time;determine serum CRP levels before and 7 days after treatment, and evaluate the APACHE Ⅱ scale. Results The abdomen pain, abdominal distension and bowel sounds disappeared in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05). Comparison of serum CRP level and APACHE Ⅱ score on the 7 th day after treatment showed that the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition combined with somatostatin is effective in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. It improves the recovery of gastrointestinal function, promotes the body’s inflammatory response and relieves the disease.
