细节管理在肺结核患者中应用的价值

摘　　要：目的针对细节管理在肺结核患者中应用的价值进行分析。方法本次选取2016年12月-2018年12月期间来医院就医的120例肺结核患者进行研究,分为对照组(n=60例)和研究组(n=60例),其中对照组采用常规护理干预模式,研究组采用细节管理模式。对两组护理人员的护理质量、患者的治疗和并发症数据进行对比。结果对照组两组护理人员的护理质量评分均低于研究组,P <0.05。两组患者的并发症情况,研究组治疗完成率高达98.33%,相比对照组的80%治疗效果良好,P <0.05。结论使用细节管理护理模式在肺结核患者的护理干预中有积极的治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the value of detail management in tuberculosis patients. Methods A total of 120 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were admitted to our hospital during the period from December 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into the control group(n=60 cases) and the study group(n=60 cases). Using the regular nursing intervention model, the research team adopted a detailed management model. The quality of care, patient treatment and complications data of the two groups of caregivers were compared. Results The nursing quality scores of the nursing staff in the control group were lower than the study group, and the data had a comparative significance, P < 0.05. The treatment completion rate and complications of the two groups were as high as 98.33% in the study group, and 80% compared with the control group. The data were positive, P < 0.05. Conclusion The use of detailed management nursing mode has a positivetherapeutic effect in the nursing intervention of tuberculosis patients, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
