南京市社区居家养老服务人才需求的调研分析与对策建议

摘　　要：作为全国首批养老服务业综合改革试点城市,南京市养老服务质量有所提升,但养老形势依然严峻。根据2018年"南京市社区居家养老服务现状的普查调研"课题组对全市317家3A级以上的社区居家服务中心和抽样的1107位社区老人进行的实地调查数据统计分析,发现相当一部分医养融合需求、文化养老需求、健康生活需求、亲情慰藉需求不能被满足的原因主要在于主管部门对社区居家养老群体的需求特点还没有完全掌握,因而对社区居家服务需要建立一支专业化人才队伍的认识还很不足。课题组有针对性地给出了一些对策建议。As one of the first pilot cities of national pension service comprehensive reform,the quality of elderly service in Nanjing has been improved,but it still face severe situation.Based on the statistical analysis of"General investigation on the present situation of Nanjing’s community-based elderly home service in 2018",which carried a field survey on 317 AAA community home service center and sampled1107 elderly people there,the research group found the reasons why a considerable part of home care need for medical and nursing integration,cultural old age,healthy life and family consolation cannot be met.The main reason is that the characteristics of the needs of the community’s home-based elderly care groups have not been fully grasped by the competent department,so the understanding of the need for a professional team of community home services is still insufficient.The research group then put forward several countermeasures and suggestions accordingly.
