摘  要:以某电厂2×660 MW超临界机组为研究对象,对其常用的4种煤种进行分类,并以ASME PTC4—2013燃煤高位热值为计算基准,通过印尼煤、南非煤、澳洲煤的不同比例掺烧试验,得到各种混煤掺烧方案下的锅炉热效率,分析不同煤种、不同掺配比例下混煤掺烧方案的燃烧经济性。试验结果表明,基于燃料高位发热量,燃烧经济性从优到劣依次为:南非煤、澳洲煤混煤,澳洲煤、印度本地煤混煤,南非煤、澳洲煤、印尼煤混煤,南非煤、印度本地煤混煤,印尼煤、印度本地煤混煤。With 2×660 MW supercritical unit as the research object,the four commonly used coal types are classified.Based on the high calorific value of coal as-fired in ASME PTC 4-2013 as the calculation basis,the boiler thermal efficiency under various mixing coal burning schemes was obtained through mixing burning experiments of Indonesian coal,South African coal and Australian coal at different proportions.The combustion economy of mixed coal blending burning scheme with different coal types and different proportion is analyzed.The results show that,based on the high calorific value of the fuel,the combustion economy is from superior to inferior:South African coal,Australian coal mixed with coal,Australian coal mixed with Indian coal,South African coal mixed with Australian coal,Indonesian coal mixed with Indonesian coal.
