从赴柬埔寨医疗队的实践看健康外交的作用

摘　　要：随着全球化推进,各国开展健康外交,以满足改善健康条件、消除安全威胁和本国政治利益的需要。文章从作者参加柬埔寨医疗队的医疗援助和与当地政府的外事活动的实际体验,介绍了江苏省在柬埔寨开展的健康外交的目的、内容和意义,这些健康外交提高了柬埔寨医护人员相关知识水平,塑造了我国良好的国家形象,获得了柬埔寨对中国外交方面的坚定支持。作者根据以往的实践,提出了改进的建议。As globalization progresses,countries conduct healthy diplomacy to satisfy the needs of improving the health conditions of countries,eliminating security threats and meeting the political interests of their own countries.The study introduced the aim,content,and significance of health diplomacy carried out in Cambodia in recent years by Jiangsu Province from the real experience of participation in the medical team in Cambodian and in the foreign affairs with the local government.The health diplomacy improved the related knowledge level of Cambodian medical staff,developed a good image of our country,and obtained a firm support from Cambodia for the related policy of Chinese diplomacy.It was suggested the future improvements based on the previous practice.
