摘　　要：国家自然科学基金资助情况是衡量研究所创新科研能力的重要指标。为提升中医药科研能力和管理水平提供决策及依据,文章从国家自然科学基金项目入手,从项目申请人的性别、年龄、学历、职称,申报项目的类别、申请代码分析江苏省中医药研究院2009-2018年获得国家自然科学基金项目资助的情况,总结科研管理工作的经验、成效和不足。经过分析发现,研究体系松散、学科发展不均衡、申报组织力度不足是造成国家自然科学基金项目中标率难以稳定提升的关键问题。为进一步提升中医药科研能力,应改进项目申报与管理模式、促进学科交叉融合、重点培养青年人才。The National Natural Science Foundation of China(NNSFC)is an important index to measure the innovation research ability of the institute.To provide decision and basis for improving Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)research ability and management level,this study started with the projects funded by NNSFC,analyzed the applicant’s gender,age,educational background,professional title,and the categories and guide codes of the declared projects,analyzed the situation of obtaining NNSFC project funding from 2009 to 2018,summarizedthe effectiveness,experience and shortage of scientific research management.Through analysis,it is found that loose research system,unbalanced disciplines development and insufficient efforts to organize declaration are the key problems that make it difficult to steadily improve the success rate of funded projects from NNSFC.In order to improve the scientific research capacity of TCM,it is necessary to improve the project declaration and management model,promote the cross-integration of disciplines,and focus on training young talents.
