摘　　要：针对军事成果进教学工作中存在的主要问题和解决对策开展了研究,并提出了军事成果管理服务的创新举措,分析了军事成果集中管理和服务的运行机制和工作模式,对推动军事成果进入院校教学工作的长期有效开展具有现实意义。This is a research on the principal problem of applying achievements of military research into teaching process and the relevant countermeasures.An innovative method for management and service of military achievements is explored,and the operational mechanism and working mode of centralized management and service of military achievements are proposed,which is of practical significance in integrating long-term and effective development of military achievements into teaching practices in military academies.
