摘  要:通过对实战化教学的需求分析,在军队院校实战化教学训练加速推进的实践层面,理解什么是“实战化”,并针对各类专业综合演练课程,分析其特点和难点。以有效教学理论作为牵引,比较完整地构建专业综合演练实战化教学新模式,即综合演练课程应以贴近实战、服务实战为目标,将综合演练类课程进行科学高效的实战化改进,充实教学的各个环节,形成一套完善的教学新模式。最后,结合综合演练课程的教学实践,给出了具体的实施建议。In the course of accelerating the process of practical teaching reform in military academies,firstly the research and in-depth understanding of what is"actual-combat conversion"is defined through the analysis of the demand for actual combat.And then,difficulties as well as the characteristics of actual-combat conversion in the comprehensive training course are analyzed.Furthermore,with effective teaching theory as a driving force,a new model of practical teaching of a integrated comprehensive training course is constructed,whereby the scenario should be as close to the actual combat as possible in order to serve actual combat;and the professional comprehensive rehearsal is improved in a scientific way.By enriching all aspects of teaching,a set of new teaching models are formed.Finally,combined with the practice of the comprehensive training course,concrete suggestions are given for implementation.
