摘 要:随着高新技术装备不断入役,武器装备日益复杂,多功能、多系统执行多种任务的程度越来越高。如何有针对性地开展综合保障工作,使装备满足使用需求,是目前装备保障面临的突出难题。通过开展战备完好性评估,制定装备保障措施,针对性地开展装备综合保障工作,使作战使用需求与装备综合保障紧密结合,进一步提高了保障综合效益。同时,分析了在航舰船基于战备完好性的装备综合保障方法,提出了实施过程和主要工作内容,对指导开展舰船装备综合保障工作具有一定的指导意义。With the continual deployment of high-tech equipment,weapons are becoming more and more complex,resulting in a higher level of multi-functional and multi-system implementation in multiple tasks.How to carry out comprehensive support work to meet the needs of equipment is becoming a challenge in the equipment support field.Aiming at this problem,the comprehensive support strategy of warship equipment is proposed in this paper,which combines the operational demand with comprehensive equipment support closely and also improve the effects of the support.Besides,the comprehensive support method of warship underway based on operational readiness is analyzed.Furthermore,the implementation processes and main contents of the proposed comprehensive support method are put forward in details,which may serve as guidance for carrying out comprehensive support.
