摘　　要：在界定装备保障信息化建设概念的基础上,梳理了美军后勤信息化建设变革的成功经验,并论述了陆军装备保障信息化基础性建设的主要环节和重点内容,即数据基础与标准规范建设、自动化数据采集手段建设、业务流程重塑与信息系统综合集成建设、保障大数据平台与智能辅助决策能力建设。最后,阐述了装备保障信息化建设的注意事项。The concept of equipment support informatization(ESI)and ESI fundamental construction are defined.Successful experiences are summarized of the US military logistics informatization transformation.Essential factors in Army ESI fundamental constructing are discussed from the following respects:data foundation and related standards construction,automated data collection technology,business process remodeling and information system integration,big data platform of equipment support and intelligent decision-making ability construction.And finally precautions in ESI construction are elucidated.
