摘  要:为了提高电动汽车高压动力系统的安全性,设计了一种基于INA2126芯片的不平衡电桥动态和静态绝缘电阻在线监测系统。通过对比传统电桥法,分析其在线计算方法,解决了电动汽车在复杂运行工况下绝缘监测精度低、耗时长和稳定性差等问题,实现了电动汽车工况下高压系统绝缘状态的实时在线监测,并通过实验验证了该系统的抗干扰能力和监测精度。For the high voltage safety of electric drive system,an online insulation detection system for dynamic and static insulation resistance of unbalanced bridge based on INA2126 chip is designed.By comparing the traditional method of on-line calculation with that of electric bridge,we can solve the problems of low accuracy,long time consuming and poor stability in insulation monitoring of electric vehicles under complex operating conditions.Real-time on-line monitoring of insulation state of high voltage system under electric vehicle operating conditions is realized,and the anti-interference ability and monitoring accuracy of the system are verified by experiments.
