摘　　要：随着原油劣质化程度不断加剧,造成"三泥"产量大、处理费用高,生产成本增大,庆阳石化公司在污泥减量化处置过程中,通过降低污泥含水率,解决炼油厂"三泥"的最终处置问题,实现污泥减量化处理,降低生产运行成本,保证环保安全。As the degree of inferior quality of crude oil continues to intensify,resulting in large output of"three muds",high processing costs,and increased production costs,the pollution reduction measures adopted by Qingyang Petrochemical Company will be introduced to reduce pollution.Mud moisture content,solve the final disposal problem of the"three muds"of the refinery,realize sludge reduction treatment,reduce production and operation costs,and ensure environmental protection and safety.
