摘 要:为实现种鸡个体采食智能化、自动化测定,设计了1种集个体自动识别、精准饲喂、个体采食量自动数据采集、数据处理为一体的种鸡个体精准饲喂系统。该系统以计算机为信息管理平台,运用超高频RFID识别技术及STM32微处理器,设计了根据种鸡个体需求信息进行精确投料的控制系统及机械结构装置。实现了种鸡精确饲喂中的智能识别、信息传输、自动存储及精确给料。系统性能测试结果表明,饲喂下料范围限制在80~150g,4个标准质量下,下料具有较好的精度和较小的误差(0.28±0.03)g,(0.25±0.06)%;RFID个体识别率达到100%。系统达到了种鸡个体精准饲喂的要求,可为研究家禽的采食行为特点提供智能化的数据采集平台,测定的数据通过计算机系统可长期保存,便于数据量的积累和开展种鸡选育的大数据挖掘分析。In order to realize intelligent and automatic measurement of individual feeding of breeding hens,an intelligent measuring system for chicken feed intake was designed,which integrates automatic identification,precise feeding,automatic data collection of individual feed intake and data processing.The system is mainly composed of a chicken individual identification module,a precise cutting control module,an individual trough and a chicken individual feed intake weighing module,a field data communication module and a remote central control module.The mechanical structure of the system mainly consists of driving,4-way spiral feeding mechanism,feed weighing platform,silo and individual identification reader.The circuit control system includes STM32 microprocessor,RS485 card reader interface,data storage chip,8-channel feed weighing circuit,peripheral drive circuit and regulated power supply circuit.The system performance test results show that(1)the feeding and feeding range is limited to 80-150 g,and under the four standard quatities,the feeding process has good precision and small error(0.28±0.03)g,(0.25±0.06)%.The individual recognition rate reaches 100%.The system can provide accurate,stable and continuous data recording for poultry breeding,and provide an intelligent data collection platform for studying the feeding behavior characteristics of poultry.
