摘 要:基于有限元方法,分别对压缩机和膨胀机用柔性板弹簧进行理论分析,明确了最优网格单元数量和加载边界条件对设计准确度的影响。实验测试的板弹簧刚度与理论分析结果平均误差小于0.5%,而自振频率与理论分析结果平均误差小于2%。同时,分析了制冷机常用的3种不同型线类型的板弹簧,偏心型圆渐开线板弹簧不仅具有较大的径轴向刚度比且可靠性更高,圆渐开线型更利于线性压缩机在较高的频率下工作。综合考虑下,选用偏心型板弹簧作为微型制冷机用板弹簧。Based on the finite element method,the flexture spring for compressor and expander were analyzed theoretically,and the effects of the optimal number of mesh and loading boundary conditions on the design accuracy were determined.Compared with the results of axial stiffness and natural frequency between test and finite element method,the average error is respectively less than 0.5%and 2%.Meanwhile,The flexure springs of three kinds of spiral lines for Micro-miniature cryocooler were analyzed,and the results show that the eccentric flexure spring not only has a large ratio of radial stiffness to axial stiffness but also has high reliability.The circle involutes is more favorable for linear compressor to operate at higher frequency.In the light of comprehensive consideration,the eccentric flexure spring is applied for Micro-miniature cryocooler.
