海运集装箱危险货物谎报瞒报行为原因及对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国危险货物进出口数量的不断增长,在危险货物进出口运输中,集装箱运输已成为危险货物海运首选的运输方式,但在实践中,经常有因为危险货物瞒报谎报而导致的起火爆炸事故发生。本文分析了我国集装箱海运危险货物谎报瞒报行为产生的原因,提出了防范谎报瞒报的若干建议,以期对危险货物海运实践产生积极的作用。In recent years,with the continuous growth of the import and export of dangerous goods in China,container transportation has become the preferred mode for the transportation of dangerous goods by sea.However,in practice,there are fire and explosion accidents often caused by concealment and false report of dangerous goods.This paper analyzes the causes of false report and concealment of dangerous goods in container shipping in China,and puts forward some suggestions to prevent false report and concealment,in order to have a positive effect on the practice of dangerous goods shipping by sea.
