摘 要:目的评价身体指数、体脂率、腰臀比、内脏脂肪面积与高血压之间的相互作用可能有助于为慢性疾病的管理提供更有效的干预措施.方法采集某三级医院参加体检人群55周岁以上的中老年人总计948人,测量其身高、体重、身体指数(BMI)、内脏脂肪面积(VFA)、腰臀比(WHR)及血压,计算不同身体指数、内脏脂肪面积及腰臀比水平下高血压的患病情况,采用logistic回归分析计算身体指数、内脏脂肪面积及腰臀比对高血压患病的影响.结果 随着BMI值的增加,男性、女性收缩压及舒张压均增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着内脏脂肪面积及腰臀比的增加,男性、女性均呈中性性肥胖,男性、女性高血压的患病率也随之增加,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001);BMI、内脏脂肪面积及腰臀比都与高血压呈正相关,与BMI值正常组比较,超重组是正常组高血压发生率为1.3倍,肥胖组高血压发生率是正常组的3.3倍;与WHR值正常组比较,WHR超标组高血压发生率为正常组的3.2倍,中心性肥胖组高血压发生率是正常组的2.8倍.结论超重、肥胖及中心性肥胖是血压异常的危险因素.Objective To evaluate the interaction between body index,body fat percentage,waist-to-hip ratio,visceral fat area,and hypertension may help provide more effective interventions for the management of chronic diseases.Met hods A total of 948 middle-aged and elderly people aged 55 years and older who participated in the physical examination population in a third-level hospital were collected.Their height,weight,body mass index(BMI),visceral fat area(VFA),waist-to-hip ratio(WHR)and blood pressure were measured.The prevalence of hypertension under the index,visceral fat area and waist-tohip ratio was calculated by logistic regression analysis to calculate the effects of body index,visceral fat area and waist-to-hip ratio on hypertension.Resu I ts With the increase of BMI,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of males and females increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of visceral fat area and waist-to-hip ratio,both males and females were neutral.Sexual obesity,the prevalence of hypertension in men and women also increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);in overweight,obese people with central obesity,the highest prevalence of hypertension,visceral fat The increase in area and waist-to-hip ratio has a higher effect on the prevalence of hypertension than in patients with elevated BMI.The prevalence of hypertension in men and women who are only centrally obese is higher than that in those who are overweight and obese;BMI,The visceral fat area and waist-to-hip ratio were positively correlated with hypertension.Compared with the normal BMI group,the incidence of hypertension was 1.3 times in the normal group and 3.3 times in the normal group.The WHR value was compared with the WHR value.Compared with the normal group,the incidence of hypertension in the WHR group was 3.2 times higher than that in the normal group,and the incidence of hypertension in the central obesity group was 2.8 times that in the normal group.Conelusion Overweight,obesit
