摘　　要：目的探讨渗透压仪测定珍珠明目滴眼液渗透压摩尔浓度方法的可行性和准确性,为其现行标准的完善提供参考依据.方法采用冰点下降法对国内4家生产企业共8批样品进行渗透压考察,并对其渗透压摩尔浓度进行稳定性考察.结果 不同生产企业珍珠明目滴眼液的渗透压摩尔浓度有较大差异,经过室温留样试验和稳定性试验,渗透压值没有明显变化,表明该制剂质量稳定.结论该方法简便、快速、实用,可用于珍珠明目滴眼液的质量控制.Objective To investigate the feasibility and accuracy of osmometer in the osmolarity measurement of pearl bright eye drops.Methods The osmotic pressure measurement of 8 batches of samples from four domestic manufacture factories was carried out by freezing-point depression method,and the stability of the osmolality was studied.Results The osmolarity of pearl bright eye drops from different factories showed large difference,after a stay at room temperature sample test and a stability test,the osmotic pressure values didn't change significantly,which showed that the quality of the preparations was stable.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and practical,which can be used for the quality control of pearl bright eye drops.
