摘  要:目的观察比较偏振光照射联合磁热振治疗飞行人员腰背部筋膜炎的临床疗效.方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月来院疗养并经外科年度体检鉴定诊断为腰背部筋膜炎的飞行人员80例.按随机数表法分为处置组50例,采取综合理疗护理,对照组30例,采取单纯疗养护理.分别于治疗前、第1个疗程结束(T1)、第2个疗程结束(T2)3个时间点采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评定患者的疼痛强度,并评估其疗效.结果两组飞行人员分别经过2个疗程的治疗后,结果显示均有效,而通过偏振光照射合并磁热振综合护理治疗的飞行人员在第2个疗程结束后,疼痛比对照组缓解更为明显(F=17.284,P<0.05).结论偏振光照射联合磁热振治疗飞行人员腰背部筋膜炎比单纯疗养护理可更好改善飞行人员腰背部筋膜炎的疼痛症状.Objective To observe the clinical effect of polarized light irradiation combined with magnetic-heat-vibration in the treatment of lumbar fasciitis of the flight personnel.Methods 80 flight personnel who came for recuperation and were diagnosed with lumbar fasciitis by surgical department in annual physical examination from January,2017 to June,2018 were selected.They were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method.50 patients in the treatment group were treated by comprehensive physiotherapy nursing while 30 patients in the control group were treated by convalescent care.VAS(Visual Analogue Scale)scores were recorded to evaluate the degree of pain and the efficacy before the treatment,at the end of the first course of treatment(T1)and at the end of the second course of treatment(T2).Results After 2 courses of treatment,the treatments were effective.At the end of the second course of treatment,and the pain relief of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P=17.284,<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of polarized light irradiation combined with magnetic-heat-vibration achieved a better effect on pain relief of lumbar fasciitis of the flight personnel than convalescent care.
