摘  要:[目的]探讨授权教育对育龄期子宫切除病人创伤后成长、心理韧性及生活质量的影响。[方法]回顾性分析76例子宫切除病人的临床资料,将2016年1月-2016年12月给予常规护理的38例病人设为对照组,将2017年1月-2017年12月在常规护理基础上采用授权教育的38例病人设为观察组,对比两组病人创伤后成长、心理韧性及生活质量。[结果]与对照组相比,观察组病人创伤后成长量表(PTGI)中各维度评分、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)中各维度评分及生活质量调查量表(SF-36)中各维度评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对育龄期子宫切除病人实施授权教育可提高创伤后成长水平,增强心理韧性,有利于改善病人的生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of authorized education on post-traumatic growth,psychological resilience,and quality of life in patients with hysterectomy during the child-bearing period.Methods:The clinical data of 76 patients with hysterectomy in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The control group included 38 patients with routine nursing from January to December 2016,and the observation group included 38 patients with authorized education based on routine nursing from January to December 2017. The post-traumatic growth,psychological resilience,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of each dimension of Posttraumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),and Short Form 36 Questionnaire(SF-36) in the observation group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Authorized education for patients with hysterectomy during the child-bearing period could increase the level of post-traumatic growth,enhance psychological resilience,and improve the quality of life of patients.
