摘  要:基于2017年京津冀区域物流相关数据,选取京津冀区域中13个地级市作为节点,应用空间相互作用模型,测算了各个节点的物流服务水平,分析了节点之间在物流上表现出来的相互作用强度。在对13个地级市物流服务水平进行测评时,提出了新的指标体系,并将层次分析法与熵权法结合,分别计算不同层的指标权重,期望最大程度克服主客观判断造成的偏差问题。研究结果表明:京津冀区域物流网络中节点物流服务水平两极化现象突出,并且节点间相互带动作用不明显,京津冀区域物流一体化程度有待提高。在此分析的基础上,提出了提升京津冀区域物流服务水平、加强京津冀区域城市间合作交流的建议,对京津冀区域物流网络的发展以及实现区域一体化具有指导性的作用。Based on the data of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics in 2017,13 prefecture-level cities in BeijingTianjin-Hebei region were selected as nodes,and the spatial interaction model was applied to measure the logistics service level of each node and analyse the interaction strength among nodes in terms of logistics.A new index system was proposed to evaluate the logistics service level of 13 prefecture-level cities,and the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method were combined to respectively calculate the index weights of different levels in order to overcome the deviation caused by subjective and objective judgment to the greatest extent.The study shows that polarization of logistics service level at nodes is prominent in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics network,and nodes in logistics network still lack effective interaction with each other,which indicates that logistics integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region needs to be further strengthened.On the basis of the analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the regional logistics service level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and strengthening cooperation and exchange among Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cities.The study intends to contribute to the regional development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics network and the realization of regional integration.
