摘 要:响应高素质复合型新工科人才需求,以产业和经济发展需求为导向,探索地方高校现代电子信息人才实践能力培养新体系构建模式。依据卓越工程师培养计划和工程教育专业认证的能力培养要求,设计工程实践驱动的模块化课程;协同互动教学、第二课堂,以硕带本,搭建多维度工程实践创新平台;校企深度合作,构建产教融合协同育人机制;以此提高学生工程实践能力和创新能力。Response to the demands of high-quality compound "new engineering" talents and guided by industry and economic development needs, a new system of gradual training of modern electronic information talents in local colleges and universities has been explored. According to the training plan of outstanding engineers and the ability training requirements of engineering education certification, modular courses driven by engineering practice have been designed. Cooperating interactive teaching and second classroom, and promoting undergraduate education with master’s education, multidimensional engineering practice innovation platform has been set up. Based on school-enterprise cooperation, the mechanism of industry-education integration collaborative education has been constructed. The purpose of all measures is to improve students’ engineering practice and innovation ability.
