摘 要:在不同老化温度和老化时间下,对不同橡胶的力学性能进行了测试,并研究了其热氧老化性能。结果表明,随着老化温度的升高和老化时间的延长,不同橡胶的耐热氧老化性能基本一致,即性能变化:丁腈橡胶(NBR)>氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)>丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)>氟硅橡胶(FQVM)>氟橡胶(FKM)。NBR在100℃下,老化状态以交联为主,在高温环境(125℃及以上)中表现为初期交联、后期降解;ACM与HNBR均以交联为主;FQVM在100℃下表现为初期交联、后期降解,但在较高温度(125℃及以上)下以降解为主;FKM热稳定性能较好,在高温(125℃及以上)下,表现出交联硬化的趋势,且变化幅度较小。The thermal aging behavior of different rubber materials was studied by testing the hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break and compression set of different rubber materials at different agingtem peratures and aging time.The results showed that with the increase of agingtem perature and the prolongation of aging time,all the tests showed the same thermal oxidative aging perform ance of different rubber materials:NBR>HNBR>ACM>FKM>FQVM.Moreover,the nitrile rubber was mainly aged by crosslinking at 100℃,and in highertem perature environment(125℃ and above),it mainly showed the characteristic of initially crosslinking and chain degradation lately;both ACM and HNBR were characterized by crosslinking;FKM exhibited the characteristic of initially crosslinking and chain degradation lately at 100℃,and chain degradation was dominant at highertem perature(125℃ and above);FKM had better anti-thermal oxidative aging property,only in hightem perature environm ent(125℃and above)showed a trend of chain cross-linking,and the change was small.
