摘　　要：随着城市的不断发展,高层住宅必将以越来越复杂的立体集约化形态呈现。而对日益严峻的居住环境和人际交往问题的思考,促使高层住宅内部公共空间呈现出生态化、复合化和智慧化的趋势。本文从几个不同时期不同特点的高层住宅实际案例出发,分别对其邻里交往空间设计理念、设计策略及实际效果等方面进行分析,思考未来高层住宅邻里交往空间复合化发展新特征。With the continuous development of the city,the high-rise residential buildings will be presented in an increasingly complex three-dimensional intensive form.Thinking about the increasingly severe living environment and interpersonal communication has prompted the trend of ecological,complex and intelligent public space in high-rise residential buildings.Based on the actual cases of high-rise residential buildings with different characteristics in different periods,this paper analyzes the design concepts,design strategies and practical effects of the neighborhood communication space,and considers the new characteristics of the future complex space development of high-rise residential neighborhood space.
