摘　　要：目的探讨阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对患者血清Vaspin和血液流变学及认知功能的影响。方法选择本院2018年1月至2019年1月收治的84例急性脑梗死住院患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,各42例。两组均给予基础对症治疗,对照组采用尿激酶溶栓治疗,观察组采用阿替普酶溶栓治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清Vaspin、血液流变学、认知功能变化及疗效情况。结果治疗后,两组Vaspin、MMSE评分均升高,全血黏度、AI、HCT、mRS评分均降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Vaspin、MMSE评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),全血黏度、AI、HCT、mRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿替普酶可有效提高急性脑梗死患者血清Vaspin水平,改善患者血液流变学,提高患者认知功能,临床疗效显著,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis with ateplase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effects on serum Vaspin,hemorheology and cognitive function.Methods 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number method,with 42 cases in each group.The two groups were given basic symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with urokinase thrombolysis,and the observation group was treated with ateplase thrombolysis.The changes of serum Vaspin,hemorheology,cognitive function and curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of Vaspin and MMSE in two groups increased,while the scores of whole blood viscosity,AI,HCT and mRS decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Vaspin and MMSE in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of whole blood were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Viscosity,AI,HCT and mRS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Arteplase can effectively improve the level of serum Vaspin,hemorheology and cognitive function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.It has a significant clinical effect and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
