5种收敛固涩药止泻作用及肠胃调节功能强弱的研究

摘　　要：目的研究诃子、五倍子、赤石脂、禹余粮和野甘草的止泻作用及调节肠胃功能的强弱。方法通过番泻叶诱导的小鼠腹泻和肠胃道失调的动物模型,考察小鼠致泻后给药的腹泻率与小肠碳粉推进率,评价诃子、五倍子、赤石脂、禹余粮和野甘草的止泻作用和对肠胃功能调节的强弱。结果诃子、五倍子、赤石脂、禹余粮和野甘草可明显改善番泻叶所致的腹泻症状,并缩短初次腹泻时间,有效地抑制番泻叶引起的小肠蠕动症状。结论诃子、五倍子、赤石脂、禹余粮和野甘草的止泻作用有所不同,其趋势为五倍子>诃子>野甘草>赤石脂≈禹余粮,本研究为单味中药的止泻效果评价提供实验依据。Objective The anti-diarrhea effects of Chebulae Fructus,Galla Chinensis,Halloysitun Rubrum,Limonitum and Scoparia dulcis L.were studied.Methods Through the animal model of diarrhea and gastrointestinal tract disorder induced by senna leaf,the diarrhea rate and small intestine toner promotion rate of diarrhea induced by senna were investigated.The anti-diarrhea effect and gastrointestinal function regulation of Chebulae Fructus,Galla Chinensis,Halloysitun Rubrum,Limonitum and Scoparia dulcis L.were evaluated.Results Chebulae Fructus,Galla Chinensis,Halloysitun Rubrum,Limonitum and Scoparia dulcis L.can obviously improve the diarrhea symptoms caused by senna leaves,shorten the first time of diarrhea,and effectively inhibit the symptoms of small intestine writhing caused by senna leaves.Conclusion The antidiarrheal effects of Chebulae Fructus,Galla Chinensis,Halloysitun Rubrum,Limonitum and Scoparia dulcis L.were different.Galla Chinensis has the strongest anti-diarrhea effect,followed by Chebulae Fructus and Scoparia dulcis L,Halloysitun Rubrumand Limonitum were weakest.The experiment provides experimental basis for evaluating the antidiarrheal effect of herb.
