延续性护理干预在胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术治疗患者中的应用及对其自护能力影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究对胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术治疗患者实施延续性护理干预的效果。方法选取2016年5月至2018年5月本院收治的80例胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术治疗患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组应用延续性护理干预,对照组应用常规护理干预。均随访半年,对比两组患者疾病知识掌握程度评分、护理质量评分、自护能力评分、复诊率及复发率。结果观察组患者疾病知识掌握程度评分、护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者出院后6个月自护能力评分(126.32±2.46)分高于对照组(95.32±2.58)分(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率低于对照组,且3个月、6个月复诊率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术治疗患者实施延续性护理干预十分可行,效果较好,有助于提高患者自护能力。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on patients with cholesteatoma otitis media treated by surgery.Methods From May 2016 to May 2018,80 patients with cholesteatoma otitis media were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with continuous nursing intervention and the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention.All patients were followed up for half a year.The disease knowledge mastery score,nursing quality score,self-care ability score,re-visit rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of disease knowledge mastery and nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of self-care ability in the observation group(126.32±2.46)points at 6 months after discharge were higher than those in the control group(95.32±2.58)points(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the rates of follow-up in 3 months and 6 months were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for patients with cholesteatoma otitis media is feasible and effective,which is helpful to improve the self-care ability of patients.
