探讨美多巴合用泰舒达治疗帕金森患者的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的观察分析采用美多巴合用泰舒达治疗对帕金森患者的临床治疗效果及影响。方法选取本院在2015年9月至2018年11月收治的帕金森患者72例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,各36例。对照组在常规治疗基础上配合泰舒达治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上配合美多巴合用泰舒达治疗。对比两组临床疗效、药物不良反应及治疗前后的帕金森症状评分变化。结果治疗前,两组帕金森症状评分对比差异无统计学意义;治疗后,实验组帕金森症状评分较治疗前及对照组同期评分明显改善(P<0.05);且实验组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均有患者出现药物不良反应,且不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义。结论应用美多巴合用泰舒达治疗帕金森患者,可有效提升患者临床治疗效果,对患者症状具有较好改善作用,且治疗安全性较高,故可在临床中予以推广应用。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical treatment effect and influence of Metopa combined with Tasuda treatment in Parkinson's patients.Methods A total of 72 patients with Parkinson's disease who were admitted to the hospital during September 2015 to November 2018 were selected.They were randomLy divided into control group and experimental group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tasuda on the basis of conventional treatment,and the experimental group was combined with Metco's treatment with tasuda on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,adverse drug reactions,and changes in Parkinson's symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of Parkinson's symptoms between the two groups.After treatment,the Parkinson's symptom scores in the experimental group were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05).The clinical effect in the experiment group was obviously better than the control group(P<0.05).There were adverse drug reactions in the two groups during the treatment period,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The application of Medoca combined with Tasuda treatment can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,improve the symptoms of patients,and the safety of treatment is high,so it can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
