摘　　要：目的探讨可远程监控自动化腹膜透析机(可远程监控APD)的临床应用优势。方法分析2015年2月至2018年1月中山大学附属第六医院肾内一科704人次行可远程监控APD治疗的使用过程和经验总结。结果可远程监控APD机的使用有助于节省护士人力,减少腹膜炎感染机率,提高患者及家属的满意度和随访效率,提供更精确临床数据查询。结论可远程监控的APD机使用为日后居家治疗的腹透患者及医护人员的随访工作提供了极大的便利,值得推荐使用。Objective To explore the clinical advantages of automated peritoneal dialysis(APD)with remote patient monitoring(RPM).Methods We reviewed 704 patients with APD+RPM therapy from February 2015 to January 2018 in The Six Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University,and the therapy course and experience were analyzed.Results Application of APD+RPM helped us to save nurse manpower,reduce prevalence of peritonitis,enhance satisfaction from patients and their family,improve treatment compliance and provide more accurate clinical data during follow-up.Conclusion The use of APD+RPM would provide great convenience to the patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis at home and the clinical team with the long-term follow-up work,and it should be worth recommended.
