基层医院如何进行哮喘防治工作

摘　　要：为加强哮喘在基层医院中的防治力度,现对临床诊治护理经验回顾性分析总结:①各地区基层医疗机构应当设立标杆服务试点单位,通过加强自身科室建设,进一步提高和巩固试点单位对哮喘的诊治护理水平;②通过试点医疗服务单位与各基层医院建立协作医疗模式,尝试完善对哮喘诊治护理的规范化培训,促进基层人才培养,带动整体医疗水平的发展;③积极的、有计划的对哮喘病患进行教育宣讲,提高其对哮喘疾病的认识及重视程度,增强治疗方式的依从性,同时加强患者心理健康等方面的教育。以此实现基层医院对哮喘的有效防治。In order to strengthen prevention against Asthma in the primary hospital,clinical experiences of diagnosis and treatment and care were analyzed retrospectively.Some works were Summed up as follow:For further enhance and consolidate the pilot units for the diagnosis and treatment and care of asthma by enhanced construction of hospital itself,trial hospital shall be established as benchmark from the regional primary health care institution.In order to promote the development of the overall level of health care services which including improving the diagnosis and treatment and care of asthma,standardized training,promoting basic talent training,a collaborative medical model would be established between pilot medical services unit and the primary hospital at the first time.Training courses about asthma shall be taken to patients,for improving the awareness and importance of asthma,perfecting treatment compliance,while enhancing the education of patients with mental health.The ultimate goal is to achieve effective prevention and treatment and care of the primary hospital for asthma.
