摘 要:为保证宿迁地区管道输水灌溉工程技术的合理推广应用,针对宿迁地区特点,构建以工程条件、应用环境、投入能力和效益水平为准则的适宜性评价指标体系。采用层次分析法与模糊综合评价方法确定评价指标权重、进行适宜性综合评价。实证分析结果表明,相较于大型灌区,宿迁市应优先考虑在小型提水灌区、具备良好有效水头的丘陵岗坡地水库和塘坝地区推广应用管道输水灌溉工程技术,对宿迁地区制定管道输水灌溉工程建设规划具有一定的参考意义。In order to ensure the reasonable promotion and application of irrigation engineering technology of pipeline water delivery in Suqian area,aiming at the characteristics of Suqian area,a suitability evaluation index system based on engineering conditions,application environment,input capacity and benefit level was built.The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to determine the weight of evaluation indicators and comprehensive evaluation of suitability.The results of empirical analysis showed that compared with large-scale irrigation districts,Suqian City should give priority to the promotion and application of irrigation engineering technology of pipeline water delivery in small-scale water-irrigation areas,hilly sloping reservoirs and ponds area with good effective water heads,which was of certain reference significance to make the construction plan of pipeline water delivery irrigation project.
