当代大学生创业心理品质调查研究——以临沂大学为例

摘　　要：以临沂大学为例,采用问卷调查和访谈方式,从创业意识、创业意志、创业个性和创业能力四个方面,探求当代大学生创业心理品质现状,分析其不足的原因,提出通过树立积极的创业教育理念、增强家庭创业观念、提高大学生自身创业能力等方式,优化大学生创业心理品质培养路径。Taking Linyi University as an example, by means of questionnaire and interview, it explores the current situation of college students from four aspects of entrepreneurial consciousness, entrepreneurial will, entrepreneurial personality and entrepreneurial ability, and analyzes the reasons for its shortcomings. It proposes to optimize the cultivation path of college students’ entrepreneurial psychological quality by establishing a positive concept of entrepreneurship education, strengthening the concept of family entrepreneurship, and improving their own entrepreneurial ability.
