摘 要:为降低斗式提升机返料率,提高其使用寿命,降低能耗损失,对斗式提升机卸料过程进行分析计算,研究出料槽不同高度对返料量的影响,确定斗式提升机不返料所须达到的条件。为进一步克服当前卸料理论存在的一些局限,解决斗式提升机返料问题,结合斗式提升机运行特点,设计并搭建返料试验平台,通过进行多次返料试验,得到料槽不同高度所对应的返料率数据。试验结果表明,降低出料槽高度可以明显降低返料率,出料槽安装高度越低,返料率越低。In order to lower the feeding reverse rate of a bucket type Elevator,increasing its working life while decreasing power loss,it has to analyze and calculate the elevator’s discharging process so as to find out how different elevations affect the feeding reverse before determining necessary conditions for no feeding reverse.In order to further overcome theoretical limits in the existing discharge and get solutions thereto in consideration of the elevator’s operating features it has to design and build a test platform to carry out repeated trials to get corresponding data of the chute at various heights.Test results show that lowering the chute height can obviously decrease the reverse rate,i.e.the lower the chute level the lesser the reverse rate value.
