摘 要:根据GB/T 8419-2007/ISO 7096:2000的规定,对某型工程机械司机座椅减振性能进行试验研究,包括在EM3、EM6输入谱条件下的模拟输入振动试验以及阻尼试验。试验结果表明,在EM3和EM6输入谱条件下,该座椅的SEAT因子均小于标准规定的限值,具有良好的减振性能,阻尼试验结果也表明该座椅的共振传递率小于标准规定的限值,且试验座椅的固有频率在2Hz左右,避开了人体垂向方向敏感的频率范围,但座椅的减振效果在不同频率段存在差异,在4Hz以上的高频段减振效果极其显著,而在4Hz以下的低频段减振效果较差,对平台传递的振动激励有轻微放大作用,未来对座椅进行减振设计时应重点考虑低频段的减振要求。According to regulations of GB/T8419-2007/ISO 7096:2000,a test and study has to be carried out on a certain work machine’s operator seat for vibratory performance,including simulated input vibratory tests and retard tests under conditions of input spectra of EM3 and EM6.It is found that the SEAT factors are lesser than the limit value as set in the standardized specifications,and more the seat’s natural frequency lies at 2 Hz or so,away from human body’s vertical sensitive range.However,there is difference of vibratory reduction effect between various sections of frequency that outstanding reduction effects lay in the high frequency section of 4 Hz and up,while at 4 Hz or under sections the reduction effect is poorer,with light magnification on the vibratory energizing transferred from the platform.Therefore,such vibratory reduction design to come should emphasize consideration for requirements of vibratory reduction at the low frequency sections.
