摘 要:目的探讨血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对妊娠期血糖异常的相关性影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的183例妊娠期血糖异常孕妇作为观察组,根据血糖检测结果分为妊娠期糖耐量异常组(80例)、妊娠期糖尿病组(65例)及妊娠期糖尿病肾病组(38例),另选取同期的100例血糖无异常孕妇作为对照组。比较四组的血清SOD水平、空腹血糖值(Glu)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平,并分析血清SOD与血糖的相关性。结果妊娠期糖耐量异常组血清SOD水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。妊娠期糖尿病组血清SOD水平高于对照组,妊娠期糖尿病肾病组血清SOD水平低于对照组;妊娠期糖耐量异常组及妊娠期糖尿病组的Glu及HbA1c水平均高于对照组,糖尿病肾病组Glu、HbA1c水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);血清SOD与孕妇的Glu及HbA1c水平成正相关(P<0.05)。结论孕妇血清SOD水平能间接表达氧自由基活跃度,可协助判断妊娠期血糖异常发生风险严重程度。Objective To explore the correlation between serum superoxide dismutase(SOD) and abnormal blood glucose during pregnancy. Methods A total of 183 pregnant women with abnormal blood glucose during pregnancy from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled as observation group. According to the results of blood glucose test, they were divided into abnormal glucose tolerance group(80 cases), gestational diabetes group(65 cases) and the gestational diabetic nephropathy group(38 cases), 100 pregnant women with normal blood glucose were selected as the control group. Serum SOD levels, fasting blood glucose(Glu) levels, and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c) levels were compared between groups, and serum SOD was correlated with blood glucose. Results Serum SOD levels in pregnant women with impaired glucose tolerance was compared than that of the control group, the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The serum SOD level in pregnant women with gestational diabetes was higher than that in the control group,the serum SOD level in pregnant women with gestational diabetic nephropathy group was lower than that in the control group, the Glu and HbA1 c level of pregnant women with gestational glucose tolerance and pregnant women in gestational diabetes group were higher than those of the control group, the Glu and HbA1 c level of the pregnant women with diabetic nephropathy group were lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Serum SOD was correlated with Glu and HbA1 c in pregnant women(P<0.05). Conclusion The serum level of SOD in pregnant women can indirectly express the activity of oxygen free radicals, which can help to determine the severity of the risk of abnormal blood glucose during pregnancy.
