摘  要:目的探讨视频宣教在提高骨科手术患者术后功能锻炼依从性的效果。方法选取2017年5月~2018年5月我院收治的102例骨科手术患者作为研究对象,根据随机对照原则将其分为研究组和参照组,每组各51例。参照组按常规健康教育模式进行功能锻炼宣教,研究组采用视频教育方式进行功能锻炼宣教。比较两组术后康复知识的掌握程度,并比较两组术后功能康复锻炼依从性,并观察两组术后3个月的患肢关节功能恢复情况。结果研究组术后康复知识总掌握率为94.12%,高于参照组的74.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后功能康复锻炼总依从率为90.20%,高于参照组的72.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后3个月患肢关节功能评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科手术患者采用视频教育方式宣教,能提高患者的术后功能锻炼依从性,增强其康复相关知识的掌握度,而提高功能康复效果,有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of video education on improving functional exercise compliance after orthopaedic surgery. Methods From May 2017 to May 2018, 102 orthopaedics surgery patients treated in our hospital were selected as study objects. Patients were divided into study group and reference group by the principle of random control, 51 cases in each group. The patients in the reference group were taught the function exercise according to the normal health education mode, while the patients in the study group were taught the function exercise by video education. The mastering degree of postoperative rehabilitation knowledge between the two groups was investigated, the compliance of functional rehabilitation exercise between the two groups was compared, and the functional recovery of the affected limb joint was observed 3 months after operation. Results The total control rate of rehabilitation knowledge in the study group was 94.12%, which was higher than that in the control group(74.51%), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The total compliance rate of functional rehabilitation exercise in the study group was 90.20%,which was higher than that in the reference group(72.55%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The joint function score of the patients in the study group at 3 months after operation was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The video education for orthopedic patients can improve the compliance of postoperative functional exercise, enhance their knowledge of rehabilitation, and improve the effect of functional rehabilitation, which has the value of clinical promotion.
