肺结核病人血清IL-10、TNF-α及IgE表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的(IL-10)、(TNF-α)及IgE表达及临床意义。方法选取活动性肺结核病人120例。于治疗前后不同时间点采集病人外周血,采用酶联免疫吸附法进行血清IL-10、TNF-α及IgE的检测。选取健康体检者30例作为对照。结果初治肺结核、复治肺结核及肺外结核病人血清TNF-α及IgE均明显降低(P<0.05),IL-10水平明显升高(P<0.05)。经标准化治疗,临床治愈组86例,治疗失败组34例;两组治疗前血清IL-10、TNF-α及IgE比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);疗程结束时,临床治愈组血清IL-10、TNF-α、IgE均均恢复至正常人水平(P>0.05),而治疗失败组血清TNF-α及IgE仍明显高于正常人(P>0.05),IL-10相比正常人仍明显降低(P<0.05)。结论血清TNF-α、IL-10及IgE的动态检测对于肺结核病情及疗效评估有着重要指导作用。Objective:IL-10、TNF-α and IgE expression and its clinical significance.Methods:120 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were selected.Peripheral blood was collected at different time points before and after treatment,and serum il-10,tnf-alpha and IgE were detected by elisa.Thirty healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Results:Serum tnf-alpha and IgE were significantly reduced in patients(P<0.05),Il-10 level was significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum il-10,tnf-a and IgE between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).At the end of the course of treatment,serum il-10,tnf-alpha and IgE in the clinically cured group returned to normal levels(P>0.05).The serum TNF-alpha and IgE levels in the treatment failure group were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P>0.05).Il-10 was still significantly lower than normal(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dynamic detection of serum TNF-a,IL-10 and IgE is very important for the evaluation of pulmonary tuberculosis.
