摘  要:以芳樟195#一年生扦插苗为研究对象,通过二次正交回旋组合设计试验研究了接种固氮菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、胶冻样芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌对芳樟地径生长的影响。结果表明:4种微生物菌剂对芳樟地径生长影响极显著(P=0.001),芳樟的苗高增长最大的是处理12(固氮菌=40亿只/盆、巨大芽孢杆菌=60亿只/盆、胶冻样芽孢杆菌=40亿只/盆、枯草芽孢杆菌=40亿只/盆),其地径增长量为4.80 mm,比对照组高出95.92%。微生物菌剂对芳樟的地径促生效果显著,且在不同生长期,不同的微生物菌肥组合对芳樟的地径生长有不同的促生作用。Based on annualCinnamomumcamphora 195 code cuttings, the effects of inoculation of Azotobacterchroococum, Bacillus magaterium, Bacillus mucilaginosus and Bacillus subtilis on the ground diameter of C. camphora were studied byquadratic orthogonal gyrocombination design experiments.The result shows that the growth effect of microbial fertilizer-promoting C. camphora was extremely significant(P=0.001);the ground diameter of C. camphora seedlings was treatment 12(Azotobacterchroococum=4 billion/pot, Bacillus mucilaginosus=6 billion/pot,Bacillus magaterium =4 billion/pot, Bacillus subtilis=4 billion/pot), and the increase in ground diameter is 4.80 mm, which is 95.92% higher than the control group.It is indicated that the microbial agents have a significant effect on the growth of C. camphora seedlings, and different microbial fertilizer combinations have different growth promoting effects onC. camphora ground diameter in different growth stages.
