摘  要:采用常压室温等离子体对春雷霉素生产菌株小金色链霉菌(Streptomyces microaureus)203#进行诱变育种,采用不同时间等离子体照射诱变,再经过琼脂块筛选、摇瓶初筛和复筛,获得2株春雷霉素高产菌株,摇瓶效价分别为5012μg/mL和4034μg/mL,相比原始出发菌株203的效价提高了147%和98%。To obtain Kasugamycin High-yield mutants by using atmospheric and room temperature plasmas(ARTP), streptomyces microaureus 203# was irradiated at different times by ARTP. Then the mutants were inoculated and selected using agar method inculture dishes and in shake flask for the preliminary and secondary selection. Ultimately, two high-yield mutant strains were obtained, and the titer of them reached 5012 μg/mL and 4034μg/mL, respectively. Moreover, its average titer increased 147% and 98% than the original stain 203.
