摘 要:为了解市场上常用的日光温室保温被的保温性能,收集了山东寿光地区有代表性的保温被,对保温被的厚度、质量、传热系数等指标进行测试,并针对保温被的生产标准化及防水等问题进行了讨论。测试结果显示:山东地区代表性保温被的厚度为2.0~3.5 cm,单位面积质量为1.2~4.5 kg/m^2,传热系数为0.55~1.27 W/(m^2·℃),所测试的保温被的保温性能优于草苫;相同厚度情况下,以珍珠棉及珍珠棉与棉毡混合材料作为保温芯材的保温被,其保温性能优于与棉毡保温被,且重量较轻;相同厚度的保温被,其表观密度越小时,保温性能越好;相同材料保温被的厚度越大,其质量越大,保温性能越好。目前山东保温被的保温性能已较好,但其生产仍未标准化、防水的问题也仍需进一步研究。In order to understand the thermal insulation performance of the commonly used thermal insulation quilts, representative thermal insulation quilts in Shouguang area of Shandong Province were collected. The physical indexes such as thickness and quality of thermal insulation quilts were tested, and the heat transfer coefficients of thermal insulation quilts were tested by the test bench of thermal insulation performance of greenhouse covering materials, which developed by the Key Laboratory of Facilities Agricultural Engineering of the Ministry of Agriculture. The results show that the representative thermal insulation quilt thickness in Shandong is 2.0-3.5 cm, the mass per unit area is 1.2-4.5 kg/m2, and the heat transfer coefficient is 0.55-1.27 W/(m2· ℃). The thermal insulation performance of the tested thermal insulation quilt is better than that of the straw mat. Under the same thickness, the thermal insulation performance of the quilt with pearl cotton, pearl cotton and cotton blanket as the core material is better than that with cotton blanket, and the weight is lighter;the smaller the apparent density is, the better the insulation performance will be. Considering the economic cost and the bearing capacity of the greenhouse structure, the thermal insulation core material is usually chosen as a combination of fluffy material and waterproof material.
