摘 要:针对一种榴弹发射器引信生产验收试验在落点上空发生弹道炸的问题,在通过故障分析和质量排查基本上排除引信自身质量问题可能的前提下,提出了从外弹道特性角度分析弹道炸各影响因素的研究方法。该方法是利用FLUENT仿真得到弹丸阻力系数、极阻尼力矩系数,在此基础上解算外弹道,得到了各种影响因素条件下的弹丸外弹道诸元,包括弹丸射程和转速。研究结果表明,弹丸初速漂移是影响弹丸转速衰减规律变化进而引起引信弹道炸的主要因素,而其他因素如头部风帽变形、引信扳手孔大小、弹带尺寸误差、头部端面圆角变化的影响都可以排除;引信自毁临界转速接近落点转速会有利于发火,但如若控制不当,将导致引信在接近落点空中发生弹道炸。Aiming at the fuze ballistic explosion of rifle grenade in the production acceptance test,a method of analyzing the influencing factors from the way of outer ballistic characteristics was put forward,which basically excluding the fuze's own changes by failure analysis and quality investigation.The drag coefficient and pole damping moment coefficient of the rifle grenade were obtained by using FLUENT.The outer trajectory parameters such as the projectile range and the rotating rate were got by solving outer ballistic equation.The simulation results showed that the projectile's initial velocity drift was the main reason that affects the speed decay rule of the projectile,which led to ballistic explosion.And the other factors such as deformation of head hood,size of fuze wrench hole,error of belt size,changes of face rounded corners could be ignored.when the self-destructing critical rate approached the drop rotating rate,which was helpful to fire,however,it might lead to ballistic explosion if it's in improper control.
