摘　　要：多孔菌半伏小薄孔经土豆液体发酵培养后,从乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到5个次级代谢产物1-5,分别鉴定为erythro-1-(3′-氯-4′-甲氧基苯基)-1,2-丙二醇(1)、3-氯-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(2)、3,5-二氯-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(3)、3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸(4)和对羟基苯甲酸(5).本文是首次报道半伏小薄孔菌次级代谢产物,其中化合物1-3为含氯代谢物,1,2和4为首次从陆生真菌中分离得到.Five secondary metobolites 1-5,including three chlorinated compounds 1-3,were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of liquid culture medium of the fungus Antrodiella semisupina and identified as Trametol(1),3-Chloro-4-methoxybenzoic Acid(2),3,5-Dichloro-4-methoxybenzoic Acid(3),3,4-Dimethoxybenzoic acid(4)and p-Hydroxybezoic Acid(5).The compounds were first reported from fungi Antrodiella semisupina and compounds 1,2 and 4 were first isolated from terrestrial microorganisms.
